Right of Withdrawal

We are Mscdkeys – Our refund and returns policy only applies for 30 days. We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange if the time period runs out. We have reserved some conditions and criteria for revocation granted. You can apply for revocation if your purchase history meets the following conditions.

Revocation Conditions

As per our declaration, all of our product revoke conditions are an applicable maximum of 30 days. If the time period has gone, we can’t revoke any of our digital products. Ensure you don’t use the digital product keys or any device else. On the condition of our product license type, you can’t use a single key on a different device in the same condition; you can’t use a license key for more than five devices if you purchase a license key for five devices. So you are assured that we will accept your revoke request if you comply with our rules.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us ( Email: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to notify the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

You can’t get a refund for the following items and reasons:

• If use Vouchers or Coupons
• Use any Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

Note: We grant your request if the license key that you purchase is not worked. But if it’s works well, in this case, we don’t approve your refund request.
